- Cooked rice 1/2 cup
- Broccoli florets few
- Small Onion – sliced
- Green chili -2, 3 (as per taste)
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Channa dal 1/4 tsp
- Urid dal 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Turmeric pinch
- Heat oil in a pan, add all Tadka ingredients along with green chilies.
- Add sliced onions and broccoli, sprinkle the salt and mix well, let it cook for 3, 4 mins.
- After cook,
- Add cooked rice along with salt. Mix well, let it cook for 3, 4 mins.
- Ready to serve broccoli rice.
- Hot instant broccoli rice is ready.
- Serve with any pickles or gravy curries.
