Brownie Bites with Almond and Ragi flours

 

Ingredients:

  • Dry Ingredients:
    • Almond flour / meal 1 cup
    • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
    • cocoa powder 1/3 cup
    • Coconut sugar 3/4 cup
    • Baking soda 1 tsp
    • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Wet Ingredients:
    • Oil 1/3 cup
    • Flax meal 2 TBSP
    • Water  6 TBSP

PREPARATION:

PREHEAT OVEN @ 355 Degree F for 10 mins.

  • Take 2 TBSP of flax meal in a bowl

  • Then, add 6 TBSP of water

  • Mix well
  • Keep aside for 5 mins.

Method:

Preparing DRY Ingredients:

  • Take a 1 cup of Almond flour in a bowl

  • Then, add 1/2 cup Ragi flour

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

  • Add , baking soda

  • Baking powder

  • Combine well.
  • Keep it aside.

Prepare for wet Ingredients:

  • In  a big wide take 3/4 cup coconut sugar

  • Add 1/4 cup of oil into coconut sugar

  • Then, add flax meal mixture.

  • Beat all the wet ingredients for 5 mins. OR until sugar dissolves.

  • Done Beating

  • Sieve dry ingredients  and add into wet mixture.

  • Combine very well.

  • Spray the oil in molds
  • Keep the mixture in individual molds

  • Place them in the oven

  • Bake @355 for 10 mins only.

  • keep it aside for 10 mins.

NOTES:

  • For almond flour: If you do not have almond flour in handy, Take 1 cup of whole almonds and make a powder in mixie jar.
  • For egg substitute 1 TBSP flax meal then add 3 TBSP of water (1:3)
  •  Since I’m used small molds tray, hence  it took 10 -11 for baking.
