Manchurian with leftover Idli

Ingredients:

  • Leftover idli
  • Veggies
    • color peppers
    • onions
    • shredded cabbage
    • garlic 1
    • chili 1
  • Sauces:
    • Vinegar 1/4 tsp
    • Soya sauce 1/4 tsp
    • Chili sauce 1/4 tsp
    • Tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp
    • Salt
    • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

“The whole process should be on a high flame” .

  • In a wide pan add oil chopped garlic and chili
  • cook for in high flame

  • Add veggies, statue out them on high flame only

  • Continuously, add sauces
  • add vinegar

  • Add half cup of water along with salt

  • combine well

Notes:

  1. The whole process should be on a high flame.
  2. If you don’t have leftover idly in handy,  prepare the idli an hour before. so that idly become stable properly, otherwise they may get mushy.
  3. choose your desire veggies.
