Dry Ingredients
- Spelt flour 1 cup
- Maida (all purpose flour) 1tbs
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup (adjust your taste)
- Walnuts 1/4 cup
Wet Ingredients
- Ripe bananas 3 medium size
- Butter 2 1/2 Oz (you use till 4 Oz)
Method:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F for 10 mins.
- In a wide bowl, take a ripe peeled bananas smash them with a blender.
- Add butter, sugar and blend them well.
- Add all dry ingredients into banana mixture and blend it very well
- Use a cookie scoop /spoon to fill the paper -lined cavities of the pan.
- Fill your cookie scoop only 2/3 only. ( DO NOT FILL FULL cup).
- Bake for about 20 -30 mins. OR the edges will start to just turn brown.
