Eggless Spelt flour Banana mini muffins

 

Dry Ingredients

  • Spelt flour 1 cup
  • Maida  (all purpose flour) 1tbs
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup (adjust your taste)
  • Walnuts 1/4 cup

Wet Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas 3 medium size
  • Butter  2 1/2 Oz  (you use till 4 Oz)

Method:

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees F for 10 mins.

 

  • In a wide bowl, take a ripe peeled bananas smash them with a blender.
  • Add butter, sugar and blend them well.

  • Add all dry ingredients into banana mixture and blend it very well
  • Use a cookie scoop /spoon to fill the paper -lined cavities of the pan.
  • Fill your cookie scoop only 2/3 only. ( DO NOT FILL FULL cup).
  • Bake for about 20 -30 mins. OR the edges will start to just turn brown.
