Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin 1/2 piece
  • Wheat flour 3/4 cup (as per puree need)
  •  Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil  1 tsp

Method:

  • Peel of the Pumpkin, cut 1″ inches.
  •  Steam the pumpkin for 10 mins. Or Until pumpkin gets soft. Let it cool 5 mins.
  • In a bowl, pure of the pumpkin, add coriander powder, salt, cumin seeds, mix it.
  • Now, add Wheat flour, mix everything while dry.
  • Make a soft dough, try to avoid water, if you need to just sprinkle the water, keep it aside above 15, 20 mins.

 

  • Divide the dough into lemon size balls. I have done with 4 equal balls.
  • Make rotis and fry them with little ghee.
  • Serve with curry.
