Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 1/2 piece
- Wheat flour 3/4 cup (as per puree need)
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Oil 1 tsp
Method:
- Peel of the Pumpkin, cut 1″ inches.
- Steam the pumpkin for 10 mins. Or Until pumpkin gets soft. Let it cool 5 mins.
- In a bowl, pure of the pumpkin, add coriander powder, salt, cumin seeds, mix it.
- Now, add Wheat flour, mix everything while dry.
- Make a soft dough, try to avoid water, if you need to just sprinkle the water, keep it aside above 15, 20 mins.
- Divide the dough into lemon size balls. I have done with 4 equal balls.
- Make rotis and fry them with little ghee.
- Serve with curry.
